James "Jim" Smith, a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, has over 30 years of construction experience and has worked as a Construction Administrator with LPK for the past 20 years. His experience ranges from large retail projects to multi-phase schools and medical facilities. Public and institutional projects have been the focus of Mr. Smith’s projects over the last several years. Mr. Smith has been awarded the Outstanding Construction Administration Award by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
