Developing a Housing Master Plan for the Residence Life Program was vital for future growth at Mississippi State University. LPK Architects worked with the University to develop a pedestrian-oriented living, learning community consisting of residence halls, common public spaces, retail, and academic support. The scope includes both new construction and renovation, with planning for infrastructure improvements, a focus on sustainability, and maximizing energy efficiency.
