ASU Campus Master Plan

Alcorn State University is at a critical juncture for physical change and continued growth. The 2012-2022 Campus Master Plan study was initiated to support and enable the University’s Strategic Plan. The Master Plan identifies opportunities to create places on campus that strengthen the sense of community and nurture a learning environment. The Master Plan also provides a vision, which will help achieve the highest and best use of resources and guide the University well into the future.

Through a process of data gathering, analysis, and concept and strategy refinement, the Master Plan team presented a detailed document that makes recommendations on future space needs, plans for infrastructure to maximize efficiency, and identifies smaller moves that will have an immediate impact on campus.
