Moseley Hall is a continuation of the long-term development plan for student housing on Mississippi State University’s campus. This project is located in the southern portion of campus, adjacent to three existing residence halls, and provides housing for 350 students. It also includes the University leadership program. Spaces include a small food and beverage court, classrooms, and meeting spac,e along with additional support spaces that complete the living, learning community setting. The budget was approximately $17 million. The facility opened for occupancy in August 2010.
Oak and Magnolia Halls are two of the newest additions to the MSU campus, housing 382 students each, including both freshmen and upperclassmen. Each double-occupancy room has a private bath and individual temperature controls. The building features community kitchens, wireless internet throughout, and educational support spaces that complete the living and learning environment. The professionally landscaped central courtyard fosters passive recreation and outdoor meeting spaces.
