MSU-Meridian Rosenbaum Building Renovations

The Rosenbaum building is a renovation of the historic Kress building in downtown Meridian. The entire building was renovated on this 4-story, 30,000 sf structure to provide the Riley campus of MS State with a new downtown educational and laboratory space. The facility offers classrooms, study rooms, laboratories, clinical space, administrative offices, and related amenities. The structure is comprised of cast-in-place concrete with an art deco exterior. This project provides modern, state-of-the-art medical education space in a historic setting, which is now part of MSU Meridian’s downtown campus and the Riley Center.
