New Residence Hall

East Mississippi Community College selected LPK Architects to provide design and construction administration services for a new residence hall on the Scooba campus. The student housing facility will provide 148 student beds in double-occupancy suite-style units with private baths. The residence hall also includes study space, a common kitchen, and vending areas. Each student suite is approximately 337 SF, and ADA units are provided per regulatory requirements. The three-story hall also includes a resident director’s apartment on the first floor.
