Oak & Magnolia Halls

Oak and Magnolia Halls are two of the newest additions to the MSU campus, housing 382 freshmen and upper-class students in each building. Each double-occupancy room has a private bath and individual temperature controls. The building includes community kitchens, wireless internet throughout, and educational support spaces that complete the living, learning environment. The professionally landscaped central courtyard includes outdoor meeting spaces and fosters passive recreation.
