Master Plan

The Master Plan serves as a living document that offers a long-range strategic view coordinated with near-term goals and provides innovative guidance for a variety of frameworks. LPK views the master planning process itself as an outcome of the Master Plan: a process designed to not only foster a planning culture to inform the development of the plan, but also guide future implementation. LPK's master planning experience includes strategic consulting services as well as civic, primary and secondary education, and higher education campus plans.
